Q: How do I pick the right style and of fence to meet my needs and budget?
A: At Yi Hang Company we offer you a wealth of information to make an intelligent decision.
Our Fence Estimator will ask you a series of questions and pick the products that meet your needs and give you the ability to get a breakdown and pricing on hundreds of heights and styles.
Our Buyers Guide contains specifications, CAD drawing, brochures and installation instructions on all of our products. We also have a full photo gallery and a video library for all of our fencing styles.

Q: How do I know I am dealing with a reputable company over the Internet?
A: Nowadays it is easy to set up a web site in your basement and contract with outside suppliers to ship the product for you. A Fence is an expensive and sometimes complicated purchase. You need to choose a company that understands how the entire process works from picking the right material to having delivered to your home or job site complete and undamaged. Take the time to look closely at their site and product selection. Send an email or give them a call to see if you feel comfortable in dealing with that company. The cheapest price is not always the way to go for a major purchase.

Q: Who can I get to install my fence?
A: Most of our fencing can be installed by a handy homeowner with the help of a neighbor or a friend. We provide you with all installation instructions, and we are available for any questions you may have. If you do not feel comfortable installing yourself, we suggest contacting a local home improvement or landscape contractor.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order after it is placed?
A: Production and shipping time depends on the type of material and stock levels. Most styles take about 10 business days in production and 3-5 days for delivery, depending on your location. These styles can usually ship out with in 1 week. Special order material can take up to 4 weeks in production. If you have questions on a particular style, please contact us.
Q: How will I know when my material will be delivered?
A: At Yi Hang Company we make sure that you stay informed. After you place your order an email confirmation is sent to you with the order number and complete list of your materials. We ask that you review that confirmation and make sure everything is correct. Within 24 hrs of placing the order, you will be sent another email letting you know it has entered into production and you will be provided with an estimated ship date. That date represents when the material should leave the manufacturer. If for some reason the shipment is delayed, one of our customer service people will contact you with an update. Once the order is shipped you will receive another email with the tracking information. You will then be able to track your order with the delivery company.

Q: Who handles any problems with damage, shortages or mistakes with the delivery?
A: The customer service of Yi Hang Company will give you detail instructions before delivery on how to handle these problems. We are responsible for filing any claims for damage or shortages and making sure your order is complete to your satisfaction.

Policy

1Shipping Policy
You will be contacted 24 hours before delivery on all orders shipped by common carrier. It is the trucking company's policy that you must have someone there to offload the truck. The truck driver is responsible for pulling the pallet to the end of the truck and breaking it down for you. It is then your responsibility to unload it. Any special arrangements made with the delivery company will carry extra charges and it is your responsibility to settle those fees with them. PLEASE BE SURE TO INSPECT ALL PACKAGES AND MARK ANY DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES ON THE SHIPPING DOCUMENTS BEFORE YOU SIGN.

Damages

Unfortunately due to reasons beyond our control, damage to material could occur during shipment. We will be happy to replace any damaged or incorrect material as quickly and efficiently as possible. It is the customers responsibility to INSPECT ALL PACKAGES AND MARK ANY DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES ON THE SHIPPING DOCUMENTS BEFORE SIGNING. If you are unable to inspect everything due to daylight or time constraints, EXCEPTION must be marked on the signed documents and any problems must be reported within 48 hours to Yi Hang Company and the freight company. Please take digital photos of any damages if possible, this will make freight claims faster and help us in our continued effort to improve our packaging procedures.

2Return Policy

In the event that material needs to be returned or exchanged for any other reason besides damage or incorrect shipment, the customer is responsible for all freight charges (including delivery, pickup, storage, transfer fees charged by the freight company, and the freight for any new product being shipped from Yi Hang Company). Exchanges may be made on Yi Hang Company Stock items only, and will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. Non-stock material may require a re-stocking fee of up to 30% (not including shipping or tax) depending on the product and manufacturer. CUSTOM MADE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED. Check with your sales person when placing your order to determine what category your purchase falls under.
